Refund and Returns Policy

Filleasmidar Returned and Refund Policy
Customer will ONLY get their full refund/exchange in the event of :

  1. Online
  • Customer received parcel with faulty item(s).
  • Item (s) ordered is out of stock.
  • Cancelled order with valid reason.
  • It will take maximum 7 working days to process

2. We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.

3. The item must be unused/ unwashed/ unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. The label tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s), it must not be cut or broken.

4. Only purchases made via our Website are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.

5. If we approve a refund, it will be issued as a company voucher of equal value to the original payment for the product. Refunds for vouchers or redemption codes will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant campaign or promotion.
